Pre-Arrival Checklist

The following are some possibile jobs you would like us to perform.  You can choose from the list and add your own items. We will have a phone conversation to determine all of the logistics. 
  • Kitchen and Living Spaces
    • Be at the house for grocery drop off
    • Pick up groceries from the store
    • Put groceries away
    • Set up food for arrival 
    • Put flowers in vase
    • Ready beverages for drinking
    • Put out kitchen Towels
    • Fill coffee, sugar or other items
    • Set up restaurant reservation(s)

Home Inspection Checklist

The following are all of the items that we check on each visit. You can always add to the list. You will be provided a copy of the checklist within 24 hours of the inspection. Each item of concern or in need of repair will be noted in the paperwork.
